Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SYLOFIT AI app, website, store, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SYLOFIT LABS LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old to place store orders. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Not Medical Advice

SYLOFIT AI provides general fitness and nutrition information generated from inputs you provide. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological consultation. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risk. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of any workout plan, nutrition plan, or guidance generated by the Service.

Store Orders

When you place an order through our store, you agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2pm PT typically ship the same day from our Simi Valley, CA warehouse. Domestic US delivery is 2–4 business days. We accept returns of unworn apparel and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery. Custom or final-sale items are not eligible for return. See the Support page for return instructions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse rate limits, upload malicious content, infringe on intellectual property, harass other users, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The SYLOFIT AI name, logo, designs, content, and Service are owned by SYLOFIT LABS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the Service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Optional paid features may be billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYLOFIT LABS LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
